By train and bus
VY stops at Trondheim Central Station.
Numerous regional busses also stop here.
Take a local bus to the convent.
The bus stop Ingeborg Ofstad vei is located right in front of the convent.
From the Central Station walk to the city center (6 minutes).
Take local bus 1 Tiller-Sandmoen from bus stop Olav Tryggvasons gate.
Change to local bus 45 at stop Rostengrenda. Bus 45 stops at Ingeborg Ofstad vei in front of the convent.

By air
Norwegian and international airlines have flights to Trondheim Airport Værnes.
Several bus companies offer transportation to Trondheim city.
Get off at stop Prinsen kino (Nidarosdomen) and continue with bus 1 to Rostengrenda and then bus 45 to Ingeborg Ofstads vei.
By boat
Hurtigruten, both southbound and nortbound, call Trondheim port daily.
Contact the crew onboard to get driections on how to get to city center for finding the bus to the convent.
